1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the joja9 platform and all its services. By accessing, registering on, or using any service on joja9, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

Joja9 is an online betting and gaming platform designed for Bangladeshi users. We operate at all times on principles of transparency and fairness. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and joja9.

• These terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail.

2 Account Registration & Verification

Registering on joja9 requires accurate and truthful information. Accounts created with false details may be cancelled at any time and any funds held may be forfeited.

• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same phone number, email address, or device is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number or email address provided at registration will serve as your primary identifier.
• Joja9 may request identity verification via National ID or passport at any time.
• Your account password is strictly personal. Sharing it with any third party is prohibited, and you bear full responsibility for any consequences.
• Any suspicious account activity must be reported to joja9 immediately.
• Providing a false date of birth or personal details at registration will be treated as a serious violation.

3 Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on joja9 can be made via approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳50 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Joja9 may temporarily suspend an account and initiate verification if a suspicious transaction is detected.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotional offers on joja9 are provided under specific terms. Claiming a bonus is considered acceptance of the associated terms and conditions.

• The welcome bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements. Typically, the bonus amount must be wagered a minimum of 5–10 times.
• The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become cashable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• The validity period for each bonus is stated separately in the respective offer. Any unused bonus expires at the end of that period.
• You cannot claim another bonus while one is already active — the current bonus must be completed or cancelled first.

5 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Joja9 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Odds in live betting change in real time. Always check the latest odds before confirming your bet.
• A maximum bet limit applies per event and may not be exceeded.
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information is strictly prohibited.

6 Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Joja9 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances. We always aim to notify users in advance; however, immediate action may be taken in cases of serious violations.

• Where evidence of a Terms violation is found.
• Failure to pass identity verification or discovery of false information.
• When suspicious financial transactions are detected.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

If an account is closed while in good standing, you may request a withdrawal of any remaining balance. However, if the closure is due to a terms violation, joja9 reserves the right to forfeit the balance.

• Joja9 is not responsible for service disruptions caused by technical issues, server outages, or internet failures.
• Joja9 is not responsible for issues arising from a user's own device or internet connection.
• Joja9 is not directly liable for errors caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Joja9 is not obligated to compensate users for any losses incurred.
• If services are disrupted due to circumstances beyond our control — such as natural disasters or government directives — this will be treated as force majeure.

10 Changes to Terms

Joja9 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

• Updated terms take effect from the date they are published.
• Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not wish to accept the updated terms, you may request account closure.

11 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between joja9 and a user will first be addressed through an amicable resolution process.

2. If support is unable to resolve your issue, please submit a formal complaint.
3. Formal complaints will be reviewed within 15 business days.
